Delegate Westfall moved to amend the bill on page 9, section 15, line 201, immediately following the word “Code;” by striking the word “or” and, inserting in lieu thereof, a new subdivision (6) to read as follows:

            “(6) a transportation network company driver while engaged in the service of a transportation network company as those terms are defined in § 17-29-1 et seq. of this Code; or”

AND

renumbering the remaining subdivision accordingly
